Planes II was an experimental project where we invited artist and photographer Aisling McCoy to document our exhibition Planes in a way that would obscure the original scale and intention of the installation. What resulted is a series of abstract photographs that flatten the objects into 2D pictorial planes, focusing on fragments of texture, light and shadow, and blurring the line between object and image making.
